This hotel really does it right. It is centrally located and offers a complementary breakfast. The staff I encountered on check in, middle of stay and check out were fantastic. Mason was very welcoming and helped solved an issue when we checked it. Room was clean initially during our four night stay. Room was refreshed only after the first night. Even when we asked at the front desk, nothing was done. We ended up asking at the desk for fresh towels. A communication was lost somewhere between the front desk and housekeeping.
