"The rooms are old. Carpet is patched together where it needs to be replaced entirely. My crawling baby scraped his knee and elbow on one of those patches that were tacked together. Everything else was great, but for that reason alone, I will look somewhere else next time. "

"Breakfast ran out every morning 10 minutes after it started and the staff refused to refill anything. The property is in a state of utter disrepair—which they claim is renovation but there is zero evidence of said renovation. Pool drained, looks like a rotten pit. The carpet in my room was wet for some reason and remained so most of the trip. They let unhoused people come in and eat breakfast and sit on the floor in the lobby. At night, a dude with a knife circled the parking lot on a bike. The staff laughed at me and made fun of me and rolled their eyes and got mad at me when I complained. I wasn’t the only one who complained. It seemed no one was happy to be staying at this hotel. "

"Overall stay was good. Stayed 2 nights had to check back in no staff in front office when went to confirm second night. Even after contract made cleaning staff removed all my items. Did speak with staff before hand to inform them no need to clean room and items were still removed. Better communication among staff members."

"Room was non-smoking, but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Was asked about a pet, but didn't bring one this time. Parking is small and tight. Be careful with those parking blocks!"

"It's a nice place overall. I was happy with the room and price especially. Lobby was surprisingly upscale, dudes behind the counter were friendly and accommodating. The mattress was a lil stiff but I got a good night's sleep once the nearby music outside died down around 9 and the neighboring room cut off their TV around 11 (thi The neighborhood is run down but the place has no control over that.
