"Property looks exactly as the pictures and description. It was very clean and had air conditioning. There is a washer dryer combo, but no instructions and how to use it. I had to look up instructions based on the model and figured it out. Kitchen comes stocked with basic necessities. If you plan on cooking, you will have to go grocery shopping at the supermarket, which is a block away. Also wanted tourists to know that the water is safe for us to drink and had no issues. Building is located in a commercial zone (Los Laureles) and it’s very safe for tourists. However, if you venture out of the Laureles area, I recommend using Uber as you will get fair price for your taxi ride and have the peace of mind of knowing who will take you to your destination. It’s also very quiet at all hours of the day. There are security guards 24 -7. You are required to register any guests that come to the apartment for your own safety. All in all, it was a great experience. Will definitely come back again"

It is in a nice area very walkable and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. It felt safe to walk during the day and also at night. The only reason I am giving this Hotel four stars is because the Wi-Fi connection was not great."
