“The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. There were rules round the pool but nothing adhered to and it became a free for all. Ie people leaving towels on beds all day and not being there most of it when it clearly says this is not allowed.
