“Always clean and friendly”

“I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. It it always simply a place to rest for the night, but not a place to enjoy. The tub didn’t look clean so we didn’t take baths. Just washed up real good and kept it moving. The breakfast was sub-par...

“decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution.”

“Very clean and modern, with top-notch service; the staff who assisted me were very kind.”

“Okay, there was nothing to like about the property.\n The staff was not well informed. They did not provide any amenities. They did not service. The room after one night stay bed was unmade. Coffee pot was not cleaned or restocked. Carpet was pulling away from the wall, creating a triphazard. And hot water was intermittent. They were having problems with their hot water heaters. It was not a pleasant day.I paid way too much money to stay at this hotel.I feel i'm entitled to a rebate.”

“Please provide good sheets. Sheets smells foul smell.”
