“The rooms were clean, and the staff generally are helpful. We did have breakfast, and I thought it was a bit on the pricey side. I had enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony, but that didn’t come with a little bit of back-and-forth. The ocean view that they were giving me were behind a bunch of tall trees that was blocking the entire ocean. Not quite of an ocean view in my definition that I paid for.”

“Hotel is well situated within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars and Souvenir shops. Hotel and its environs is well maintained and cleaned, loved the monkeys running around in the yard early in the mornings. Restaurant staffs were mostly grumpy and unwilling to help.”

“The Waves Resort is such a beautiful property with an attentive and lovely staff. Zoe, Daron and others welcomed us warmly immediately and graciously upgraded our room upon request. Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. Our room was beautiful and the meals were delicious and healthy. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation- it was exactly what we needed: peace, quiet and rejuvenation.”

“Small property. Clean rooms. Shower pressure could be better. Not many activities for the visitors. Lacked a vibe and ambiance that you receive at other hotels. The buffet requires more oversight. Witnessed multiple incidents of visitors using their hand to acquire food when serving themselves. I would not stay here again if I ever revisited.”
