โRoom was a lovely size.
Couldnโt fault the staff, they were very efficient , polite, friendly & helpful.
Breakfasts were lovely and the meal we had in the pub, was very good, generous portions too. โ

โHilary and Graham were fantastic hosts, super knowledgeable, we felt right at home. Breakfast was great too and their garden was perfect for enjoying the sun. Would recommend!โ
โWe had a wonderful stay at The View. The room was lovely, very spacious and overlooked the rolling hills, plus it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious and all cooked and prepared to order. We had one evening meal at the pub itself which again, we couldnโt fault. There is so much to do around the area and we will definitely be going back. A true gem of a find!โ
โWe stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the peak district on our motorbikes. Plenty of parking and security cameras to ensure a good night's sleep. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. โOne night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out.
Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. โ
โIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.โ
