"Idealy situated on the seafront and a 2 min walk from the Laines and 5 min from the city centre. I would have scored higher overall but there were a couple slight issues that brought the score down. A large area of the ground floor was cordened off due to refurbishmen. This meant breafast had to be taken in one of the conference/ ball rooms which was tired and in need of refurbishment itself. Where the hotel is an old building there is a labyrinth of corridors and stairs to navigate to find your room. Despite these small negatives the staff were absolutely brilliant, they couldnt have been more frindky and professional. I would definitely recommend staying. Especially in the warmer months when they open up the alfesco seating for the bar area; its a brilliant spot to people watch."

"The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable to sleep in. The shower was incredible relaxing because you could used head or device to have a power shower which i spent at least 20 minutes having a shower. Tge room was kept clean with the facilities help give stay the highlights to the say like a kettle wirh coffee, tea, milk and sugar in scahets, reading lights, two chairs and table, more then enough towels, a telephone if i needed to call reception a device to put my suitcase and a cupboard to my clothes The staff were kind, helpful and always answering any questions I had about the room, any other question and if I queries about services i book. I booked my first hot stone massage which was best thing I experienced because the the lady manage to take the knots out of my back and shoulders by the time the massage was finished i was feeding like a new man!! I could of fallen asleep if i was not fighting it. I decided to treat myself to a jacuzzi on my last night which help my muscles after walking over 16,000 steps per day on my three night break. In the reception area it was beautiful decorated with tea and coffee sachets available if required. When i book my next Brighton trip I would only choose this hotel❤️😆😍"

"Room very clean and good facilities. Great coffee machine. Superb shower, albeit bathroom quite compact. Bed and sheets superb. Some outside noise. Parking very disappointing as £32 per night approx 300yds away. Makes the stay a little pricey. Spa area superb, although had to pay an extra £10 for this as didn't book directly with hotel which is also dissapointing. "
