"Was closed upon arrival. Looked run down possibly been closed for awhile. Charged our card before check in even though we chose to pay at check in. Expedia had no response from the property and still haven't refunded my money."

"This 15 century hotel/restaurant is wonderfully renovated. Restaurant is closed on our date of arrival, and front desk older gentleman used Google Translate and send us to a Mich. recommended restaurant in town of Haro only 12 min away and dinner experience turn out great. Bkft from 9-10 am was excellent even w fresh squeezed orange juice. "

"Beautiful old house and winery in LaGuardia. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked onto the wine tour, which is provided by the owner of the hotel, who lives there with his family. It was lovely to stay at a hotel that has such a personal touch. The decor is traditional and in-keeping with the history of the property. We unfortunately did not have chance to try the restaurant but we were advised by other guests, that it was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
