โWe stayed here for 1 night only. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We checked in late and she even made me a coffee! Beautifully decorated rooms. Everything looks brand new. The air con was a bit of a let down, but everything was great. The pool and the views were also another highlight. And only a 15 min drive to Ostuni. Loved it!โ

We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful.
As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. Despite it being 5 minutes before closing for the desk, the Villa Anna staff arranged for a taxi to come get us (and it was less than the Uber). We would have...
โClean and very close to the historic center. The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. However, the lady at the front desk quickly found a solution, which I really appreciated.โ
โThe owner Dominique is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We had a problem with getting our luggage (nothing to do with Dominique), she took over, made phone calls on our behalf, and even drove to the airport to pick it up and bring to us. Thank you Dominique. โ
โThis is a lovely new hotel suitable for a couple of days break, everything very clean, lovely continental breakfast, rooms were large, all staff were very accommodating. Only draw back to this hotel is that you need a car otherwise it costs a fortune in taxi fare (between 10&20 euros each way) to get into / out of brindisi, the road outside is narrow and not safe to walk due speeding vehicles โ
