Great value accommodation- close to public transport and the CBD without the huge price tag. Park your car for free at the hotel and take the City Cat into the City. Perfect!

Did not enjoy our stay - property located on a 6 lane motorway so very noisy all the time- room was not reflective of what we booked - totally different style of room - whole property was dated and smelt of cigarettes throughout- the bathroom was terrible- dated and very run down- sealer in all the joints going mouldy etc- could not recommend anyone stay here!

First off, remember, that this is a motel, not a hotel so services offered as well as quality is limited. Communication was non-existent so we were surprised when we arrived and there was no front desk staff. Self-service kiosk was non-functional. Instead we had to call a number, wait on hold for too long - to be then given a password to a safe that contained the main door key and our room key. All a bit of a surprise at the price they charged. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean but the whole place needs an internal facelift and deep cleaning. Cracks in wall, leaking skylight in bathroom, stained carpets, stained top blanket on bed and what even looked like a smashed bug in the curtain. Really a disappointment all the way around for only night in Brisbane.

There was limited staff availability and very little food nearby (a gas station). The "check in after hours" information that was provided was inaccurate (wrong code). Overall, it was mediocre.
