Filthy, 10 to 20 minute lift waits, difficult car park, no milk, check in at covenience store, couch stains old, carpet needs replacing, eventually changed room to one no better and then had no acess to rooftop pool, normally would not complain but this place is a shocker and very disappointed with wotif
