Location of apartment is excellent. Apartment is clean and comfortable although equipment in kitchen for self-catering is rather sparse. One wastepaper basket only in one bathroom - none in other bathroom and bedrooms. Arrangements for check-in and check-out a bit convoluted but described clearly in the paperwork provided beforehand. Encountered problem with the fob to gain access to lift and apartment - wouldn't work. Staff at reception unwilling to help at all as the booking not done directly through them. Had to phone Hostrelax number which I had luckily saved on my mobile phone. Then waited for an hour in reception for a Hostrelax member of staff to try and reactivate our fob with the main reception staff before finally gaining access to our apartment. This happened during the day thankfully when Hostrelax staff were on duty- if the situation had occurred late at night / out of hours - would we have been locked out for the whole night? Other than that - a good central base to explore Brisbane.

The property is in a great location, it is a lovely little apartment with kitchen, washing facilities, dishwasher, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, couch bed, Netflix, as well as a pool and spa on site you can use for free. But beware if you are a group of four or more, there was literally 3 butter knives and a steak knife, it was a bit under stocked! I also didn't realise this was an apartment and not a hotel, I only received instructions on how to get into the apartment the day before arriving! Otherwise excellent value for money.

Great location and instructions very clear once I got the email. I booked for 6 and was assured linen and sheets for 6 ! But it only sleeps 5 ! One lady had to go home 🙃 did not know about $200. Security deposit until the day before I never book any thing requiring up front deposit . Happy to leave credit card for anything that may arise. I paid the deposit and as they said it’s now back in my account. Nice apartment in great location but if you have 6 people beware

It’s in the downtown, good location. But I doubt if this is a legal residence as the way to get the key like a secret task, have to grab it from a bicycle in front of a building in other street. Also the on duty building manager shall not be contacted in case of any needs.
