Yet another great stay with The Westin group! Immaculate property, superb buffet breakfast and the most attentive (especially Lina on the front desk!). The hotel is also central to everything in the city. We will be back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay as always. Area outside the hotel has construction going on for a couple of years now, some noise can be heard, but still manageable. Breakfast is good but slow service. Quite a wide spread of variety but it is always the same daily, so it can get boring if you are there for several days

Breakfast wasn’t applicable. Rooms and hotel smell and look lovely. Presents very well and the location for the star, Southbank and city restaurants is amazing. Staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. Valet can be a pain if it’s busy due to the driveway but staff are always quick to assist. Bar on ground has nice snacks and drinks are served fast and efficiently.

We are a couple from Costa Rica and will say our stay at The Westin Brisbane was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was the exceptional service we received upon arrival. Stephanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, she kindly offered us an upgrade and treated us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere willingness to help. Her friendliness and positive attitude made a lasting impression and set the tone for our entire stay. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well designed. The beds deserve are very comfortable and perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel itself is very well located, within walking distance of key areas, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring Brisbane effortless and enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Our room lighting was installed to save power but was difficult to navigate. The phone to call the front desk didn't work. But the location was great so we will come again!
