"When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites."

"여자 혼자 대중교통 여행이었고, 위치는 안전하고 편리했습니다. 하지만 저층으로 배정받아 창문 밖으로는 답답한 건물벽이 보였고, 밤이나 새벽에 공사 소리로 인해 잠들지 못했습니다. 엘레베이터 바로 앞에 위치한 방을 배정 받아 늦은밤과 새벽 시간에 옆방 소리 등으로 잠을 뒤척였습니다. 방음이 잘안됩니다."

"브리즈번에 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인 해주셔서 감사했어요. 중층도 나름대로 전망 좋았습니다. 숙소 깔끔하고 위치도 좋아서 여행내내 만족스웠습니다. "

"침대 이불을 얇은 포 두장 사이에 패드를 넣어놓았는데 그 포가 벗겨지면서 내부패드가 보였는데 깨끗하지 않고 피가 묻어있었습니다 욕실 수도물에서 약간 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 객실문이 너무 얇고 방음이 잘 안되어 복도에서 지나다니는 투숙객이 대화하는 소리가 너무 잘들립니다. 아침식사 부페에서 파리가 여러마리가 날아다니는데 직원들이 없앨 생각을 안합니다. 시티뷰라고 한 방이 있는데 이것도 뷰라고 할 수 있을지 "
