"Everything about my stay was fantastic. As a VIP I got a nice room Upgrade and vouchers for discounts at the restaurant. The bed was nice. The room had a great patio. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The rate I got on the hotel was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I was in downtown Vancouver."

"This is our first choice of hotels whenever we visit Richmond. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. We enjoy the room amenities, although I wish they would bring back the little containers of real half and half for coffee. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the convenient proximity to the Bridgeport SkyTrain station. Outstanding pool/hot tub area. Rooms are amazingly quiet considering there are planes overhead. "

"The room and bathroom were renovated and very clean. Unfortunately the inner courtyard looks over a parking garage. We were only staying overnight prior to a cruise so it totally gave us what we needed. The check in was a problem in that our credit card was assigned to a different person and it was a process to get that corrected. Luckily we noticed when we were given the WiFi details"

"We like our room. Cleaning beds wasn’t excellent in the room and the elevator was filthy both days we were there. Front desk good not excelente same as maintenance guy. The location was good. Good not excellent. "
