Good location , good breakfast. However , Limited amenities . Parking is a big issue and cost ( $70/day) Don’t provide water in your room , only the first night ( 2 small bottles ) The terrace restaurant does not have the best city view. Staff at front desk should be nicer

Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. Location was great - convenient to the show I was attending at the Cobra Lounge and to a pretty decent variety of decent looking food options. Don’t miss the Hubbard St viaducts on your morning walk.

Fabulous walkable neighborhood. Roo.s are spacious and very nicely designed

Unfortunately the elevators were out, at no fault of the staff. They were fantastic at trying to give the best service possible. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the lake.

The staff was able to help us get a room earlier than the check-in time.
