"Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee who informed me that the night the break-ins occurred, the security guard was sleeping while on the job. On top of all of this, when you get there, you have to pay to park there in the first place. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager who puts his number everywhere in the hotel, guaranteeing exceeding expectations, but has yet to return phone calls or answer any of the times I have called. "

"We've stayed here several times over the past 10 years and it's a very good hotel for the price. Clean rooms, well kept bathroom, adequate breakfast. It's in a good location close to the medical center. We will keep it as our primary choice in the area "

"The overall condition of the building was very poor. The first thing you notice after walking in the building is the musty odor. Everything appears to be dusty and abandoned. Our room was dirty. Lots of hair and random debris on the bathroom floor. There was a water puddle in front of the fridge from a water leak coming from the refrigerator. Most of the electrical outlets did not work. The shower would not hold temperature. It would fluctuate from freezing cold to burning hot without touching the faucet. The TV did not work. Calling for help was a nightmare. The Wi-Fi did not work. When we contacted the hotel for help, they provided a 1-800 number for us to call. We eventually just gave up on it."
