"One of the lights next to the bed was out. I mentioned it to the host but she did not fix it.
The Nespresso machine seemed new. Unfortunately it didn’t work right. I made a special trip to buy capsules but the machine dispensed hot water and only a small amount of coffee. I kept on trying it but it never worked satisfactorily. "

"Lovely staff, great location, thoughtful touches in the hotel like cosy seating areas with blankets. My room was perfect, and looked out onto the cathedral spires. I was very happy to see plant-based milk and butter at breakfast with a few other vegan additions too. Highly recommend and I’d definitely go back."
