Staff was great and every issue we had, they gave us $10 vouchers, we accumulated $30 worth, which we didn’t use. We had to move rooms twice because the shower wasn’t working. On our last room, the water took over 15 minutes to get warm and it only stayed warm for 10 minutes after that.

Front desk staff at check in was SUPER accommodating and friendly. Absolute gem. Great clean place, great shower, super clean room and very comfortable bed. We are from here but just wanted a break so we know the area, but for those of you considering something, it’s a three min walk to chilis, five to wataburger, wingstop, and the movie theater is directly across the street. Bar and food onsite are great as well. Zero complaints.

Stay after flight canceled

Our shuttle driver was energetic and showed us places to eat and get supplies. We will call him "Speedy Gonzales"! Hot tub was great. Location for restaurants good.

Unscheduled Harlingen Stay

An unscheduled stay. Everything was good. The front desk clerk was being trained so the process took a few minutes longer but that was understood. The room was good and the breakfast service, while paid for, was leaps better than the standard at most hotels.

Staff was the best part of making this hotel feel like a home while the Valley was flooding. A very stressful time here in the RGV while there was water up to our knees trying to get in and out of our home we stayed here for 3 nights until we could get back home and this whole staff went above and beyond to make everyone that i saw feel comfortable and happy. Thank you all from the front desk crew, service crew, laundry crew, maintenance crew, everyone you saved us all emotional tears for sure!

Check in was fast, she even gave us water bottles. Liz at the Starbucks counter was delightful and provided custom coffee orders and breakfast each morning. Housekeeping worked nonstop to keep rooms refreshed.
