Our stay was great, room was spotless. We enjoyed staying here. The only thing they need is a bell on the top counter. When I arrived to check-in I had to wait till someone came to assist me. I get that they are busy but a bell would help.

Exceptional Stay

This hotel property is beautiful- very inviting, very clean! Staff was attentive, hospitable and friendly. It is in a great location- many businesses within walking distance or just mins away. Sam’s, Walmart, Target and a variety of restaurants close by. We were very pleased with the amenities such as the pool, access to the bbq grill, the basketball court, the laundry center and the weight room. We gathered and socialized with friends in the lobby and the next morning we all gathered again to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, which by the way offered us many options to choose from. We will always choose this location whenever we travel to Brownsville again!

We had several issues with our room the bathroom door got stuck shut. After we got the door open we decided to prop it open with a shoe because it kept sliding closed on its own. We had switch out the office chair in the room, the coffee pot, and the hair dryer. Several lights didn’t work and we discovered the sofa was filthy. To top it off our last night we had to have maintenance fix the HVAC in our room as well because of sudden cold spell and the heat wasn’t working. However staff was very helpful in attempting to resolve all our issues. For the cost of the room it was really disappointing.
