The rooms were a great size and location was wonderful for our stay. Many places to eat around. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed it every morning. However what we loved about this stay was how delightful the people were. Excellent customer service is hard to find now of days, happy to know people still provide it here. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Nice, clean, quiet room and good breakfast. Convenient guest laundry. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants. One caution though: I booked and paid through Expedia but was charged again at the hotel. I'm now going through a claims process with Marriott to be reimbursed, hopefully.

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part. The location is quiet, especially considering it's right next to a main highway. The area is not particularly pedestrian friendly, as the busy Frontage street was lit but had no sidewalk for long stretches and Old Hwy 77 behind the property was not busy, but dark and also no sidewalk. I think hotels on the east side of Hwy 83 are probably better if one wants to walk around. My room was spacious and mostly fine, but a portable AC unit was put in because the original wall AC unit was broken, and the toilet kept running all night. The next say the handyperson replaced the flapper and it mostly resolved the issue. Breakfast is pretty standard, with scrambled eggs, waffles, bread/bagels, juices, available every day. There's a couple of items that get switched out so I didn't get bored. The staff and service are excellent. No notes.

Definitely very clean, private, cozy, and staff was extremely polite and wasted no time getting things fixed! Our tv was not working and the front desk had someone at our door in about 10 minutes there to fix the issue! Our stay was wonderful!!

Honestly, the staff was exceptional. The man at the front desk was professional and festively dressed as Ozzy Osborne for Halloween. So, that was fun. The property is dated. Regrettably, our room had a toilet that made constant noise. The property is old. The drawer where the blow dryer was was dirty with hair and a sticky substance. They allow pets because the hallways have a funky odor of dog and pee. The windows are smudged with finger prints. It is a very loud hotel as it sits right next to a major highway!

Hotel room was good and smelled amazing. The only down fall was that the bathtub wouldnt drain while taking a shower other than that it was good. Also the pool needed to be cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful.
