Besonders die Flexibilität des Personals, nachdem eine Buchung elektronisch wohl nicht dort angekommen war. Auch dass wir am nächsten Morgen zu spät zum Frühstück erschienen war kein Problem, man hatte uns extra ein eigenes bereitet. Die Hotelchefin ist eine respektable und sehr freundliche Person, mit der man sich gut unterhalten kann, und die sehr stolz auf die 360 jährige Geschichte der Gastronomie in ihrer Familie ist.

Personne pour nous recevoir à l’hotel, nous avons trouvé notre clé perdue sur le comptoir d’accueil. Nous avons cherché notre chambre pendant 15 minutes, tout ça pour qu’une fois que nous trouvions finalement âme qui vive, cette personne nous explique que le logement n’est pas dans l’hotel, mais 300 mètres plus loin. Nous avons découvert une chambre probablement à la mode dans les années 80, mais dans un état déplorable et une propreté plus que discutable. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet établissement qui se fout royalement de ses clients.

Fanstastic and quiet little town. Great site just outside of Innsbruck to avoid the hustle and bustle. Fascinating history Bruck, a simple walk over the bridge is an educational experience

Fint hotell nära Grossglockner

Stort hotell med både ny och gammal del. Vi bodde i den nya delen i ett stort och fint rum med nyrenoverat badrum. Mycket gott och plats och bekvämt. Middagen på hotellet ok men frukosten var tråkig för att vara Österrike.

Hotel with Character but lacked soul.

Good location for touring situated at the base of the Gross Glockner Alpenstrass in Bruck. The hotel has free covered parking. There are new and original parts to the hotel, lots of character in the old part where we stayed for just one night. The rooms are comfortable but ‘a bit tired’ with dated decor, not a big deal though as all was clean and well kept. Good Bathroom Quite a nice view over the garden and hillside to the rear with some livestock giving that alpine cowbell sound as they moved about. There is a non heated outdoor pool which would be most welcome in season. We were disappointed that the overall attitude from the staff was that welcoming and hosting us was a chore, although efficient it lacked any welcome to our hotel sparkle. We put this down to an early/pre season stay BUT regardless of the season if they are open for business then the service level should be consistent. I hope and trust it is better in the main season. I don’t like writing negative reviews but in this case I think it’s warranted

Nur bei Großveranstaltungen in Bruck zumutbar

Das Hotel Lukashansl ist alt, verbraucht und bei Großveranstaltungen in Bruck, bei denen das Hotel gut ausgebucht ist, ist die Atmosphäre sehr stressig. Dieses Jahr hat Ein- und Auschecken erstaunlich gut geklappt, wobei das wohl mehr Zufall war. Die Regel sind sehr lange Wartezeiten und unfreundliches Personal, weil komplett überfordert. Da die Preise bei Events auch sehr hoch sind, wäre zusätzliches Personal sinnvoll, um einen guten Service zu bieten. WLAN nur gegen Gebühr ist bei einem solchen Preis auch unüblich.

Hyggeligt med Østrigsk charme

Hotellet er meget gammelt på den hyggelige måde, har været i familiens eje i 360 år, men alt fungeret fint. Der boede en del unge mennesker da vi overnattede der, men vi hørt dem ikke. Vi kom sent og restauranten var lige lukket, men de åbnede igen for os, så vi kunne få lidt at spise. Fin service. Morgenmaden var dog lidt trist.

Lejrskole fremfor hotel

Nedslidt hotel siden vi var der sidst. Ingen info fra reception ved ankomst, man må selv finde ud af det. Det bar præg af “snowacademy” kursister og der manglede den hyggelige atmosfære. Det mindede mere om en lejrskole end et hotel. Morgenmaden og kaffen var meget skuffende og langt under middel, det mener jeg ikke man kan være bekendt at servere. Værelset var rent og pænt , vi boede dog i den gamle afdeling hvor der var ekstremt lydt og meget larm fra gangen . Wifi er ikke gratis, bør det være i 2019. Vi havde håbet på en smule mere, fra tidl oplevelse , men der skal ske noget på madsiden, hvis vi skal vende tilbage igen.

Our first impression was quite bad due to the lack of attention and care of the receptionist when we arrived. The food was OK. It was very disappointing that the spa is closed on Saturdays.

Familie skiferie.

Godt hotel, med fornutfig afstand til Zell am See. 300 år gammelt hotel som stadig er I familiens eje, hvilket tiltaler mig meget. Hotellet er delt I to afdelinger, hvor vi boede i den gamle del af huset. I mine øjne meget charmerende, som at træde ind I en anden tidsalder. Udemærket mad, dog trænger morgen buffet til en opgradering. Vi boede 4 børn og 2 voskne I to sammenlagte værelser, og det fungerede perfekt.

Speisesaal ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Tisch beim Frühstück war nicht gedeckt, kein Servicepersonal da gewesen. Essen würde nicht nachgefüllt obwoh es erst 8:30Uhr war.
