Die Unterkunft, das Frühstück, die Ausstattung und die Lage waren gut. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Straßenbahn sind fussläufig erreichbar. Beim Bezahlen verlangte der Besitzer einen höheren Preis als den hier gebuchten. er zeigte mir seine Liste mit seinen Hauspreisen und meinte, ich sollte mich an expedia (= hotels.com) wenden, die würden so "komische" Preise machen. Es wäre nicht sein Problem. Erst nach Diskussion und Vorzeigen der Buchungsbestätigung lengte er ein. Für die Hunde verlangte er zwölf Euro pro Hund/Nacht anstatt den hier angegebenen sieben Euro und meinte , er wäre ja schon beim Übernachtungspreis herunter gegangen. Leider habe ich jetzt erst gelesen, dass es dieses Problem schon seit 2023 gibt und immer noch nicht auf hotels.com korrigiert worden ist. Als ich nach einer Rechnung fragte, bekam ich nur einen handgeschriebenen Zettel ohne Anschrift, Rechnungsnummer, Datum usw. Wenn man so alle Preise und Angaben auf hotels.com ignoriert, sollte man sein B & B nicht auf diesem Buchungsportal anbieten - Schade!!

Het was heel leuk. Enige wat jammer is in onze kamer 'La Panne' is dat het lang duurt voor je warm water hebt in de douche (zeker 2 min) wat toch waterverspilling is. Voor de rest alles top hier

Tres bel endroit, la facilite du petit ejeuner (tres bon et copieux) deposé devant la chambre ce qui permet de fzire a son aise le matin, peti coin cuidine pour prrbde son lunch de midi ou du soir Parkin a disposition dans une rue czlme, mais aussi tram a 5 minutes a pieds. Vriendelijke host. Heerlijk ontbijt en heerlijk vertoeven bij het zwembad. Ruimte genoeg in onze Familiestudio die trouwens heel mooi en praktisch was. Rustig gelegen en toch op wandelafstand van zee en centrum.

Preis-Leistung-Lage - alles Ok mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Region De Haan ist für uns ein Topreiseziel. Wir waren erstmals im B&B; insgesamt ein positives Feedback. Irrtümlich war unsere Reservierung storniert, wir mussten also daher 3x Umziehen, war aber okay. Dadurch konnten wir versch. Zimmer/Studios auf jeder Etage testen. Jeden Tag ein sehr liebevoll zusammengestelltes Frühstück - top! Auch die Grundausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung; Küchen sind nutzbar. Es sind eher die Kleinigkeiten, die fehlen: Haken für Handtücher in den Bädern; Schuhtablets für versandete Schuhe zum Abstellen, Portionsverpackungen nahezu alles in Plastik verpackt, kleinere Defekte an Gebrauchsgegenständen, die beim Putzen und Aufräumen eigentlich auffallen müssten... das macht eben den Unterschied zu Sterne-Hotels aus. Daher unterm Strich alles okay - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig. Wir waren mit zwei winzigen Hunden da - kleines Ärgnernis: 7,- pro Hund steht bei Buchung, vor Ort aber 12,- pro Hund. Man hat uns 10,- pro Hund angeboten - das ist schon echt happig für zwei kleine Hunde, die zu zweit in einer Tasche schlafen & gerade mal 5kg schwer sind & keinerlei Extra-Reinigungskosten verursachen (Hunde ohne Fell für Allergiker). In der Region waren wir häufiger mit Hunden - manchmal sind sie gerne gesehen, an vielen Ecken gibts fette Verbotsschilder - also besser vorab informieren! Restaurants/Cocktails & Drinks stark überteuert - sehr schade, denn oftmals nur Touri-Abzocke. Man muss flexibel sein & suchen, um zufrieden zu sein.

Topverblijf met verzorgd ontbijt op de kamer.

We hebben hier al verschillende keren gelogeerd. Soms kamer met keuken, soms zonder keuken. Verblijf is steeds super. Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt op de kamer. Hier en daar zou er wel iets kunnen gerenoveerd worden maar is voorlopig niet echt storend. Enig minpuntje : matras was niet comfortabel waardoor slechte nachten.

Séjour agréable dans le B&B. La chambre était conforme aux attentes et bien equipée. L'isolation phonique laisse à désirer (on entend les personnes a côté et au dessus). Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre sejour! Petit bemol au niveau paiement car seul le mode de reglement en especes est accepté.

Heel goed : zeer ruime familiestudio, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, ook leuk dat er een zwembad en petanque-baan is. Alle basiszaken aanwezig in het keukentje. Kan beter : Het aantal parkeerplaatsen is beperkt en op drukke zomerdagen is het al ver zoeken naar een parkeerplaats in de buurt. Geen beveiliging aan raam tot aan de grond in de kinderkamer. Muggenraam zodat ramen kunnen openstaan op warme dagen.

+ Neighborhood really quiet but nevertheless very convenient with the beach in short walking distance and tram station, super market, banks and restaurants nearby. The owners and all staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with daily variety. Comfortable clean and spacious room with complete facilities. Very reasonably priced large offer of drinks in the entrance hall's shared refrigerator. - Walls are thin, you clearly know if your neighbors have small children or dogs. Beds and sofa are extremely soft, two weak and squeaky small folding chairs. Free cosmetic articles consist of two miniature phials with shampoo and body soap (single use for one person). Shared kitchen is only rudimentarily equipped. No guarantee that you can park directly in front of the house. Cash only.
