"Was terrible , ruined my entire stay as we could not check in and the 24/7 help line didn’t help for 5.5 hours whilst I was sat outside, didn’t even get a chance to look around the city. Guests were taking drugs in the main lobby, when I eventually got to my room the bed wasn’t made and seemed dirty ."

The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!).
