“My family and I enjoyed a 4-night stay recently. Our flight got in early and we were able to do an early check-in since our room was available. We were able to kick-start our little mini-vacation quickly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast at the restaurant was very convenient and good quality food. We opted not to do buffet and order from a menu...which is a huge positive for us! The staff at the restaurant was superb! They were hardworking and efficient. Cleanliness...

“My family spent this vacation here in Myrtle Beach.The room was a little small, but there was no great inconvenience in using it.The water park was very good and the other swimming pool in the Outside was good.During our 4days stay, Housekeeper never cleaned the floor of our room, and she couldn't even fill the towel, shampoo, and rinse. Except for this, it was very good.”
