First trip to Belgium but not the last

Beds are so comfy and cosy especially when you’ve been out all day exploring getting into the bed is like clouds. They a dinner menu which we tried for 2 nights, butter chicken curry and rice was amazing and the pulled bbq chicken was beautiful. The staff are all so polite friendly and helpful with any question you have.

Pillows were the worst. Zero support. Staff want to do bare minimum to assist. Nobody overly welcoming. Asking for more pillows or firmer ones was like I asked for an arm. Area is extremely sketchy and filthy with crack heads all over. Not a nice place and certainly more like a cheap exonolodge than Hilton. Nothing impressed us. Stay elsewhere.

It was good, the room was comfortable and it was near the metro station, so the location was conveniente and was near the center of Brussels. It was a safe place.

The room was large and was equipped with a modest kitchen- 2 plate hob and combi micro and grill which I couldn't make work as a grill because the Details had worn off. The dishes and utensils were of good quality and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was good and nice quality. There was a room service menu and a hotel 'shop' with small items biscuits/crisps/drinks but I did not try these. Not many shops or restaurants nearby so I went to touristy area to have wider choice

First long weekend city break to Brussels

Nice comfortable base for visiting brussels. Equidistant from eurostar station and central of brussels. Served well by Uber and Uber eats. Quaint bar. Didnt try breakfast. No dinner restauraunt so ate out or uber eats. Would stay again if visit Brussels.

Thank you so much for making our stay amazing. Thank you to the staff who were really supportive about the routes for the places to visit. Family room was really amazing with two bedrooms kitchen with all appliances especially feels like you are living in your own apartments Will stay again.

Well hotel is very nice, we only one problem 1st room was not fully clean dirty towels and bathroom was bad. 2 was clean but shower was no good clean, I think should be somebody to check all this details at property.

What's not to like?!? Great location, well kept rooms AND most importantly wonderful, friendly, polite and professional staff... Anis, Jean Pierre, Catherine, the house keeping staff 'Maria' (I think that's her name!) , though methinks, ALL the staff we had the privilege of meeting at Hilton Garden Inn were as a constant to give great hospitality and an excellent experience!! Have stayed in many hotels through the years, though it's the colleagues who makes the best memories of course; the eternal quest for the best is what all travellers want and with Hilton Garden Inn, you are assured of course ☺️ !! Much appreciated nice people !!

We arrived late in the evening due to some train issues. Check-in process could have been faster if the receptionists were available on the spot; I guess they were having their break (at 10:15 pm?). Overall, room and bathroom are in a good condition and clean. They also have a Britta water station (still & sparkling), in a way it was helpful since we can refill our water bottle.
