"The lobby is nice but the room i was in needs updating. Furniture well worn and miss matched. Shower was very hard to turn of, to stiff, needed a towel and 2 hands to turn it off. Very expensive for food and drinks, tea, coffee 8 euros. Food not worth the price. "

"Great location and wonderfully hospitable staff that were very obliging. Particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this. "

We enjoyed a drink in the courtyard on a sunny Sunday afternoon, very peaceful. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants, central station, etc."

"Very clean and modern designed hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. No issues finding parking in the garage located under the hotel at €30 per night during my stay. Location is very quiet on weekends due to being in a governmental/diplomatic area but is bustling during the week. Many options available at the bar including some finger foods. Did not purchase the breakfast or use the restaurant during this visit. "

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Actually, the best in Europe so far! The service is nothing short of amazing! Everyone, as in each member of the staff gives exceptional attention, care and goes beyond what is expected. From the valet to the front desk, housekeeping, and the waiters.
