"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre.
Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator blasting at full heat."
