Lovely friendly, helpful, attentive staff, in all areas of the hotel. Nice room and having access to parking was a saviour in such a busy city. Accessible to sll tourist attractions. Good price 👍
Rooms a little dated and bathroom in need of regular maintenance (descaling the shower head, shower was also leaking badly) but very comfortable bed, clean and spacious. Missing an electric socket near the bed to charge the phone. Breakfast was very good, multiple food choice, also good food in the restaurant (are there multiple times). Overall good experience as the location was very convenient for the office at Metropolis building.
Excellent value for the money, our stay was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure our experience was memorable. The restaurant and bar offered a wonderful selection, making our overall experience truly enjoyable.
A comfortable hotel within half an hour walk to the Old Town and other attractions. Staff were polite and friendly. Good breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet. I had some issues with water temperature in the shower, on one day had mostly cold water and on others temperature was changeable. But I would recommend this hotel.
Big room and very comfy bed, slept very well. Still, there was a party in the mezzanine floor restaurant on the first night, and since I was on the second floor, it was a bit too loud. If i were to come back, I would for sure ask for a top floor room.
I would insist on bathroom cleanliness, there was a funky smell that didn’t go away for 3 days.
There is no iron in the room, that was a surprise. Had to change plans about what to wear because of that.
Overall, nice stay. The hotel offers easy acces to everything around the city Center, so have this in mind when booking.
The stay was really disappointing, the room was dirty and the shower was broken and we escalated it to staff twice and nothing was done. Housekeeping just kept leaving it. The reception was not bothered, the location was okay but the stay was unpleasant.

The Hotel needs improvement ,lack of customer service, no air conditioning, breakfast staff rude
The breakfast was a major disappointment, selection was quite limited and didn't match what I was anticipating. I was hoping for a better variety.
Additionally, the bathroom in my room felt outdated, and the shower left much to be desired. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more modern amenities and better functionality.
During the heavy hours of checkin (12pm-3pm) it would be better to have more than just one receptionist. I had to wait for about 4 people in front of me before I could get checked in.
I was in room 508. Very clean and a very comfort bed I slept fantastic. However the water pressure for hot water in the sink was so low it made it difficult to shave. The shower was slightly better but still had low water pressure as well.
I stayed one night and was disappointed. The bar closes at 9:30 in the evening which especially for a Friday I find quite to early. On top of that when I proceeded to drink a beer (that I left the premises to purchase) at around 11 pm on the terrace the hotel security came to me and told me I could not stay there with alcohol. This to me just did not make sense and I really did not appreciate that.
The breakfast is fantastic it’s not the average continental breakfast they actually had several hot items cooked perfectly along with the usual typical cold breakfast items as well. 3/5 all in all
Bathroom was clean, however not spotless clean; discovered some long black hair strands beneath the heating system. Reported at the reception, but they didn’t manage to remove it during my entire stay.
Ordered a cabbie at the reception and instead of a order number the clerk wrote for me the number plate of the cabbie which arrived after a few minutes. The driver kept complaining and swearing about the traffic applying the most vulgar Romanian terms. At the destination the taximeter displayed double the usual fare. I’ve a reason to suppose that the clerk/hotel got a commission.
There’s a list with TV-channels in the room. It didn’t live up to expectation. All the channels were in disarray, some English language news channels weren’t available at all and the display quality was extremely poor.
Enjoyed their breakfast which featured fresh and tasty local products. The fruit juices and coffee were of high quality. However, at 60RON (around 12EUR) in a country with an average monthly salary of 200EUR, it was quite steep.
