"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé : Nous sommes entrés dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas été faite. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas). Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...). Pas de mobilier...

"A great spot in a charming town in France. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean. My only negative was that it was a heat wave in France during my trip and while there was a fan in the room, there was no Air Conditioning, so it was very hot."

"Too many issues for a 4 star hotel Misleading info - 1 free beverage per person was a bottle of tap water - AC couldn't manage to cool the room, thermostat showed 25 C even with full fan and outside temperature in mid 20 C - Room has a fridge but is connected on request!? I had to wait 5 hours for somebody to come to the room and power it on, after I called several times Annoyances - the AC fan was blowing air straight on the bed - room doesn't have Do not disturb signs. The personnel entered twice in the room while we were there, and they didn't bother to knock on the door. - the gym haven't seen a mod in a long while, dust bunnies everywhere"

"We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. They were very good, offering both a few hot items and a variety of cold items. Everything was well organized, and the dining area was calm while we were there. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower. "
