Stayed a short time but was just what I needed. Thank you.

The area is perfect for foodies

Safe and quiet.

In a time when most hotels use the covid pandemic as an excuse to stop paying their housekeeping staff, this hotel kept my room tidy, clean, and supplied each day of my stay.

New and clean hotel in a very convenient location - next to metro station, full of restaurants around.

My experience was awesome and the place surrounded with tons of restaurants and shopping.

good

Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

Employees very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and have good amenaties. The location of the hotel has good restaurants and shopping.

From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
