We did not hear other guest above us stomping around at 2am which was such a welcome change from some hotels in other European cities. Power in the kitchen area of our unit went out on the last night and contacting the concierge was very convenient and efficient. Very well situated in terms of the airport (only 20 minutes by S Bahn) as well as great transport links to all the main areas you would want to visit in Vienna.
