We have spent 4 days in this hotel and must say that it was wonderful in all aspects of an hotel. Having spent in past a lot in hotels worldwide, this is an outstanding hotel, with a unique concept having an excellent service starting from location continuing with room, breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception, SPA, cleanness and exceptional friendly staff.

This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. The attendants who took our luggage were dressed in red suits and a pill box hat recalling luxury travel on the Orient Express. The lobby felt like a cozy library, the floors were covered richly colored hand woven rugs, the hall leading to the restaurant and bar had hand...

Loved the location and the parking underneath! Near everything, super nice staff!

Great stay

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.

Excellent

The room is very clean , and staff is amzing

Nice, unique and well managed property. We enjoyed our room and were happily surprised by the variety quality and quantity of breakfast foods! From scrambled eggs with cheese to hummus, fresh fruits, sausage, bacon and pastries. All served with espresso or coffee and prosecco if you choose. Staff arranged our taxi back to the airport and had a bagged breakfast prepared for the trip. Many lovely complimentary items including wine at check in and nespresso and tea. We left a phone in the taxi...

What a beautiful and strategically situated place to stay during our first visit to Budapest! Our 2nd floor balcony room was the perfect base. The 14-foot ceiling makes you feel like you're in a mansion, and the balcony overlooks a quiet park and the little cobblestoned street. The AC cooled us down nicely after hot days and nights out. The staff was very helpful in finding restaurants, subways, clubs, etc. As a result, we were navigating the city with ease by the third day and realized we were...

First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing. At the very top of our list of memorable hotels!

Excellent breakfast service and great and amicable staff

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, very quiet and within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

Very convenient location with multiple modes of public transportation within walking distance and right outside the hotel. On one of the main streets for shopping and also very close to multiple tourist areas. Breakfast is much cheaper if you book through Expedia and included in the room rate. Breakfast options were excellent and a time saver in the morning instead of looking outside.

The hotel is located in the city center, where vehicle access is restricted, so it wasn’t possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, the hotel guided us to park at a near by parking garage and kindly assisted us with our luggage, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff were helpful and being situated in the town square made it easy to explore the surrounding streets on foot, adding to the charm of our stay. Overall, the staff’s kindness and attentiveness truly...
