Ostello bello ma nella media peccato non ci sia la colazione inclusa, perché alla fine non conviene farla in ostello a quel prezzo. Sul sito dice che c'è la lavanderia e il deposito bagagli ma non sono disponibili. Pulizia nelle stanze mai fatta da parte del personale

Checked in at 2:30 am with no issues. The man on the desk dealt with us quickly. Overall all the staff were so friendly and spoke good english. The room was clean and very nice. Towels were provided and a hairdryer. Body wash and hand soap is provided. The location was perfect, it was about a 30 min walk away from the famous spa, 10 min walk away from good bars and about 20 min walk away from st Stephens Basillica which from there is a walking distance to the famous bridges, parliament and other land marks. It was not noisy at night. Overall, the the price was amazing i would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others!

Great location - easy to get everywhere a close to tram/metro/bus. The building is nice and the rooms are average a you would expect in a hostel.

The hostel is nearby to Oktogon metro station and tram line 4 and 6, few minutes walk. Shops, restaurants nearby, pharmacy next to it. Hostel is nice, receptionists are friendly. I was able to check in earlier. Didn't try the breakfast /bar. Single room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately some guest made noise in the night time.

Doppelzimmer
Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte aber einen stickigen Geruch bei Ankunft (wir vermuten, dass unser Stockwerk beu gebaut wurde und deswegen noch "neu" roch). Wir haben viel gelüftet und bei längerem Aufenthalt hat man sich aber daran gewöhnt. Das Bad hat super funktioniert, wir hätten uns lediglich noch eine Ablage gewünscht - dafür haben wir das Nachtkästchen einfach hineingestellt. Die Betten waren bequem, es hat nur ein wenig genervt, dass die Matratzen in der Nacht verrutscht sind und sich beim Doppelbett immer ein Spalt zwischen den 2 Matratzen gebildet hat. Man hat bisschen den Straßenlärm gehört, aber das hat bei dem wenigen Verkehr nicht gestört. Beim Service und der Lounge war nichts zu beanstanden. Es hat bei der öffentlichen Toilette unten lediglich offenbar jemand vergessen, Seife nachzufüllen. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung und am besten ist einfach die top Lage in der Stadt!

Dirty, but helpful customer service
I stayed a few nights here. When I first checked in, I was given a very dirty all female room. The trashcans were completely filled, the bathroom floors were dirty, the hand towel hanger was broken, and it smelled bad. I went downstairs to complain and asked how often were the rooms cleaned. I kept asking when it would be clean because it would be a health hazard for the women staying there. The receptionist was kind enough to move me to a mixed room that was significantly cleaner.

Nice place. Modern finishes. Kind staff. Fantastic price. Booked on Expedia and for a private room for less than I found in Hostelworld. The bed was comfortable and the en suite was luxurious/huge!

Slowest check in eveerrr. Took 30 minutes cause their system was down. Room was a decent size, had shelves, hangers, blow dryer etc. However, the floors were dirty. There was a musky smell in the washroom. Good location . Hair dryer provided. And really nice and hot water in the shower ! However, super noisy from main courtyard.

El servicio, la limpieza, la ubicación y habitaciones, excelentes!!! Súper recomendado!!! Lo único en lo que podrían mejorar, es controlar a los huéspedes adolescentes (la mayoría son adolescentes) con el ruido… porque gritan en el corredor hasta las 5am.

I booked a private and the bathroom in my room smelled so bad I had to request a room change. The rooms on the upper floors don’t get water reliably. Both rooms had the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on, so I presume all of them do. Slept terribly every night there. There were disgusting splatter stains on the walls in both rooms too, I don’t even want to know what or who they came from . There were no “do not disturb” signs for the doors, which were very much needed, but even when the maid did come she only took the trash out of the trash can. Also on my last morning there they ran out of breakfast tokens, so apparently that’s a thing that can happen. Really they should not be charging as much as they do for such terrible, dirty private rooms. The only good thing was the location, and the staff was very nice.
