"We had a wonderful stay at the Corinthia , June 3-11; hotel location was great, close to restaurants and short walk to major attractions ;
But I want to identify a couple of outstanding staff at the front desk and concierge - I had forgotten my prescription meds and did not realize that until almost 11 at night ; I went to the front desk for help and Richard was extremely helpful; clearly explained the hotel has a contract with the clinic and can request a physician on site to help me with an emergency prescription ; he clearly explained the process ; next morning , I went downstairs first thing and the doctor was on site within 1/2 hour and wrote me a prescription with all the required claim documents ; I was able to obtain meds and not missed any dosage . The fellow at the concierge desk was just as great - took his time explaining directions also how to travel to various attractions (efficiently handling the line up at his desk) but I forgot his name (so sorry) .
