"We spent three nights at Dulikhel Lodge during our trip to Nepal in January. This is a very well kept property with excellent views of the Himalayas from most of the rooms. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would have rated it higher if it was not for one detail. The bathroom windows do not have glass but only wooden lattice for privacy, and the temperature in the bathroom was almost equal to the temperature outside. "The property was very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant. The room was much larger than it appeared in pictures and had a large bathroom and every amenity needed. The resort was wonderful except for the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool was very cold and appeared to be dirty or unfiltered. The hot tub was moderately warm but also appeared to be unfiltered as the emptied and refilled it daily. Not recommended to come to this resort for the pool. "

"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. "We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. We were lucky to catch a perfect sunrise and stunning mountain views from our patio. It was absolutely beautiful. We arrived at Mystic Mountain by bike and unexpectedly ran out of gas. There wasn’t a gas station nearby but Ms. Gurung kindly guided us to a place in the market area which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel, where gas is sold in bottles. That truly saved our day. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again."

"This was the perfect resort to stay in post our Everest Base Camp trek. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was hot. We received excellent service from the restaurant staff, the spa services were high quality and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. All in all we loved our stay at the Terraces and would recommend this as a great get-away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu / Thamel. Note that the road to the resort is steep and windy and I would recommend booking the transfer through the hotel as they have a Jeep and a very good driver. "
