Damn it this hotel
Cockroaches came out, it was dirty and cold. The heater dosen't work and check-out was at 11am, but I knocked on the door at 10am and asked if I wanted to check out or stay. He even opened my door. I was about to report it to the police. It was very unpleasant.

You get what you pay for. Don’t expect much from this property. Came for one night with our 3 year old. Bathtub was dirty, parts of the wall stained and broken. Bed sheets had burns in them. But the number one reason I will never go back; I had to put socks on to walk around the room or risk our feet turning pure black from the old dirty carpet. It was disgusting. If you just need a bed for the night and wear your socks, then it’s manageable. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property its self is nice. Ac didn’t work really well but glad it was only 70s while I was there. But I had to check out early a day and the lady at the front desk advised my to contact Expedia to get my day refund back where I checked out early due to a medical emergency and come to find out they never checked me out and are refusing to give the day refund back after Expedia is trying to get it for me. The manager flat out denied it and never checked me out till 24 hrs after I done left

Great for the price. Room was big and liked the refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes. Perfect location for Knott’s Berry Farm. Will definitely stay again.

We liked that the room was clean and the bath towels was bigger than a face towel. :) The pool was very clean. Our only complaint would be that there were no cushions for the chairs and lounge chairs; the table need some serious cleaning. The staff was very pleasant.

Beds were terrible. When I booked it said free breakfast. Upon check in was told they stopped serving breakfast when Covid hit. That is plenty of time to remove false information about the property. Which that had a lot of.

The hotel was in the perfect area they hold a deposit but the rooms are not well maintained and clean. I would have not mind paid 150 dlls but for that type no thanks

This property is definitely a "you get what you pay for" property. It was 4 nights for us staying there, the staff was friendly, the cleaners did ok. The property needs some fixing up. The management approached myself and my husband on 2 separate occasions asking if we were staying there while we were waiting for an uber. Our room had the last guests food in the freezer still, the sink tile was not completed, the pool furniture was missing backs and it was rusted. It was cheap, and it was ok. I would spend a little more money and get something a little better in the future. No horrible experience, but not great.

Omg I was so disappointed when I checked into hotel. Nothing like the pictures. Yes this hotel is CHEAP if you’re okay with a sketchy hotel room then be my guest. The hotel is very old so you can’t expect a fancy hotel or fancy decor. But it was just gross for me I would never stay again. We took multiple Ubers to places in Buena Park and they all said that this area and the street down was all a bad area with prostitution, homeless, and unsafe. They said this hotel among others houses and accommodate homeless (meaning cheap enough for homeless to afford) great for them but it was hard /uncomfortable to stay there with knowing that info. Huge benefit is walking distance from knotts. If you can afford elsewhere trust me just pay more for a safer and cleanlier place! Sheets were stained, curtains stained, ac is actually a swamp cooler, personally I did not find a “do not desturb sign” and so the hotel people went into our room and made beds and changed towels out. At other hotels they usually don’t enter your room unless it’s check out day or you request them too. I didn’t like that either. Leave your stuff in your car & take Uber don’t move your car otherwise you will loose parking. I did have to ask for another room because the first room we got the door was not flush with the wall therefore there was a crack and there was so many bugs in the room. You have to ask a worker to turn on the ice machine. Theres only one. Good luck if you book here. The workers are nice people.

This is the worst hotel you can stay at. The rooms are nothing like the pictures show. Very unclean! Stains on the bed sheets, ripped up pillows with hairs inside! Stains on the walls. Very unsafe as well. The front door didn’t completely close. The area is filled with homeless & prostitutes. The only good thing is that it’s walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm. Although I’m sure there’s nicer hotels near by.

The staff was great! I left my phone in the lobby and he ran after me to give it back. But the place was kinda run-down and noisy. The security chain on the door was half-broken, and there were big gaps around the door that let in a lot of light and noise.

Dirty room ,rude staff , false advertisement I asked and paid for a suite instead they put me in a room with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed all stuffed in one room the water doesn’t get hot at all when I complained about it they kept making excuses instead of trying to fix the issue !!! I would never come here again !!

Inn was literally across the street from Knott's Berry Farm - walking distance!! Staff was friendly and helpful checking me in, and my room was clean and cozy. The only downside was the angry bee in my room, but I caught it with an empty cup and released it outside. My room was close to a busy pathway so peiple walking by could be a little liud, but that's a common courtesy issue, not a property issue.
