Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the room and only worked well in hotel reception. There was also no mobile signal in the area. To get there we had to drive through 87 speed bumps. Everything else was great. Hotel staff were very friendly.

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, la actitud de los trabajadores no es la adecuada y no les gusta hacer nada, ignoran a los clientes e incluso nos cortaron el agua por la mañana el día que debíamos dejar el hotel cuando el check out era hasta el medio día, los trabajadores son tan abusivos que arruinan la experiencia del hotel, las instalaciones son lindas pero demasiado sucias

Esta muy lejos, y es camino de arena, que no esta en muy buen estado, asi mismo la habitación que nos dieron esta en la otra calle, y la habitación de a la carretera, lamentablemente eso no lo ponen en la pagina. Por lo demás el servicio y la gente que atienden se esmeran para que uno la pase muy bien. a la Piscina le falta mantenimiento.

El hotel está descuidado, algunas luces caídas otras no funcionan, algunas regaderas en mal estado, unos baños sucios y tapados, la habitación que me asignaron se encerraba el olor del drenaje, y para colmo, las habitaciones las cobran por persona, yo reserve una habitación donde cabían cuatro adultos, pero aquí en expidia solo seleccione que hibamos dos adultos, como ya había pagado una habitación de cuatro creí que no había problema, pero me equivoqué al llegar me dijeron que debía pagar por las dos personas, me cobraron el precio de una habitación doble más, entonces le dije que de ser así, debían darme otra habitación, a lo que respondieron que no, porque la habitación que estaba era de cuatro que ahí estaba bien, en realidad fue terrible, el lugar donde está ubicado muy bonito, pero lástima por el mal servicio del hotel, si alguien quiere viajar a este lugar mejor escoja otro hotel.

La playa es muy bonita, la habitación creo que podía tener mejor mantenimiento en los baños, ya que el desagüe tenía un olor raro, adicionalmente no contaba con wifi en la habitación. La comida estuvo muy bien, al igual que la atención de su personal.

The general conditions of the facilities are OK, overall it is a nice, clean place to stay. The room was nice. The food at the restaurant was nice. The service of the people was great. But the pools were dirty, probably because it was a holiday and there were alot of people. But they should be more strict on the policies to use the pools, I saw people eating and drinking inside the pools. Pet and family friendly. It is too far away for my taste, I felt the travel was too long. The beach area is nice.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar

Nos hospedamos en una villa. Muy linda, la decoracion muy original, las camas muy comodas, todo muy limpio. Se nos fue el agua un par de veces pero solo fue cuestion de avisar a la oficina para que la conectaran. El agua es un poco salada pero nada que moleste un fin de semana. El personal muy muy amable, pero no el servicio es muy lento y el servicio de restaurate no es muy bueno. La comida no es su fuerte,la comida no es tan rica y es demasiada cara, asi que si planea ir un par de dias, es recomendable llevar comida como lo hicimos nosotros. Como mencione anteriormente, el personal muy amable, llegaron a limpiarnos la casa y dejaron toallas limpias. Tuvimos una pequena situacion con una plaga hormigas gigantes y hormigas voladoras en el bano de arriba por la luz blanca. Pero las senoras de la limpieza fueron a echar Raid y a limpiar y nos dejaron un bote. La siguiente noche hubieron muy pocas. Tambien pagamos un paseo en lancha que es algo caro pero lo disfrutamos mucho, para eso se tardaron bastante para organizarse. Fue muy buena experiencia, un excelente lugar para descansar. Definitivamente regresaremos. Gracias Raquel por sus atenciones.
