Nice location

Too many noise from the street because of the big gap of the windows door and for now there are remodeling the front building with air hammer from 7:30 a.m.The elevator make one beep for any floor that pass that is almost all the time. When others in the building close the doors sounds a lot. If you want to rest a little it doesn't for you. And the cleaning of the room every two day was very poor, the sheet had holes. The only good thing was the air conditioning and the location near sub, bus, theaters.

Fuimos por una noche solamente por trabajos y el lugar nos resultó súper cómodo limpio y amplio !! Muy agradable bien ubicado muy práctico! Volveríamos a ir ! Precio calidad de diez !!👌👌

Me gustó lo bien equipado que está; no muy grande pero funcional y con elevador aun mejor! Solamente el aire acondicionado dejó un poco que desear y mas cuidado con algunos pequeños detalles de limpieza... Todo lo demás muy bien!!!!

Book at Your Own Risk!!!

There was a scheduled power outage and they were notified a week prior of the power outage. Instead of letting me know of the outage at time of checkin. I discovered 2 days before the end of my trip when I awoke and now power not air condition and it was 92 the first day and I had a 7 floor walk up and down in the dark. I called them around noon and they told me that this was a natural disaster and they do no not cover. I told them a natural disaster is when there is a act of God this was something they knew about. They did not care and wanted be checked out by 11 am with no power. As I looked down the street buildings had generators large and small except this building. No pre planning and no empathy. I asked would I get my money returned to me do the 2 days and they told me NO. The issue is out of their control. I asked if they knew about outage a week prior they told me that it doesn’t matter and the power outage is out of their control and I will have to deal with it. No refunds. Warning to all that stay here. They do not CARE. If any thing out of the norm happens it will be your fault not Babel’s fault. They halls on the stairs had trash on it and walking in the dark Proved to being a hazard and I did trip and fall down the stairs. Book at your own risk !

Check in was quiete fast and check out the same. I feel the property needs a very deep cleaning generaly speaking and a few minor mantennance issues that should be easy fix.

Bien ubicado como Cerca de todos lados pero muy ruidoso y además no nos cambiaron sabanas no nos hicieron la habitación en ninguna oportunidad la verdad que el trato del personal fue bastante malo . La caja de seguridad no funcionaba a pesar del reclamo

Mala experiencia

La atención en recepción fue nefasta después de haber pedido y avisado quebró llegábamos al medio día y si era posible el checking antes con muy mañana onda nos dijeron que recién a las 15 fuimos y volvimos a las 15 y obviamente debimos caminar hasta el departamento que queda a dos cuadras y entramos y quisimos usar la caja de seguridad y estaba bloqueadas llamamos y vinieron a repararla y se fueron supuestamente dejándola en condiciones y empezó a soñar sola, llamamos de nuevo y nos dijeron que debíamos esperar 7 minutos y nuevamente intentar y de nuevo no funcionaba. Vino finalmente el técnico y reconoció que en otros departamentos tampoco funcionaba y se fue y nos dejó varados. Pedimos recambio de toallas nunca nos lo facilitaron. Pagamos una noche más porque no nos daban opción del let check out y tampoco llevaron toallas limpias ni limpiaron la habitación en los 4 dias quw estuvimos . No volvemos más . Además la calle es muy ruidosa y no se puede descansar y las paredes parecen de papel porque se siente todo lo qué pasa al lado. Horrible

Melhor Custo beneficio / localização da recoleta

O lugar tem a melhor localização de BAS. Com restaurantes abertos ate 2 da manha , e supermercados e padarias 24 horas tudo proximo .Fiquei no & andar , com uma vista incrivel de toda Av. Calao. Recomendo a todos o melhor custo beneficio da recoleta

Por el estado general del apartamento, es apto para estadías cortas. En estadías largas se padec3n más los fallos. - Aire acondicionado. No funcionaba y tuvimos temperaturas elevadas que convertían el apto. en un horno. El pedido del arreglo ha tardado más de dos semanas. - cocina: la pileta está tapada. He tenido que reclamar el arreglo dos veces porque nunca quedaba destapado. Me he ido y la pileta seguía igual. -Nevera: la puerta no cierra porque la obstruye una puerta del armario bajo mesada. - Cajoneras para ropa. Mal armados y totalmente descoordinados. -El apt da a una escuela, y esto lo hace bastante ruidoso (incluso por las noches) Creo que está demasiado sobre valorado.

Kein Zimmer, da kein Schlüssel- keine Rückzahlung

Bei mir wurden erst keine Unterlagen gefunden dann wurde angegeben dass das Zimmer nicht bezahlt sei erst nach einem Telefonat wurde dies bestätigt. Der Angestellte wollte mir erst das Zimmer nicht zeigen, da ich darauf bestand suchte er genau 15 Min. nach seinem Wohnungsschlüssel.. Nachdem ich mich nicht habe abschütteln lassen fand er diesen dann doch in einer Schreibtischschublade. Angelangt vor dem Apartmenthaus stellte er fest dass der Schlüssel nicht passte. Bei einer weiteren Nachschau im Büro könnte er auch keinen passenden Schlüssel bei bringen. Nach einem Telefonat gab er an dass er keinen Schlüssel habe da diese offensichtlich am Nachmittag vertauscht worden sei. Ich hatte somit jetzt schon circa um 21:00 Uhr keine Unterkunft. Der Sachverhalt wurde schriftlich bestätigt. Jedoch wurde in der anschließenden Zeit eine Rückzahlung des bezahlten Übernachtungspreises verweigert. Aufgrund der gesamten Umstände gehe ich davon aus dass das Studio entweder nicht existent oder doppelt vermietet wurde. Auffällig ist hier auch dass die Anschrift des Büros zur Schlüsselabholung vollständig falsch ist. Erst nach Durchfragen wurde der Angestellte in einem EinZimmer Apartment mit einem Schreibtisch gefunden. Mein Rat: Finger weg!!!!

RECOMENDABLE, BIEN UBICADO Y SIN SORPRESAS.

Es recomendable, el servicio fue el prometido sin sorpresas. El apart muy bien ubicado, los ruidos propios del centro que esta activo todo el día tal vez un poco molestos. No tuve problemas de seguridad.
