Good budget hotel near obelisco

Run down hotel but rooms comfy and renovated (not the bathrooms, though). Best nights -2- sleep in a long time....super friendly staff and though area is not great it didn't feel unsafe. Good value for money...all in all, recommended for a budget hotel.

Lounge area looks nice enough but there's not much else impressive about this hotel. Found it to be a bit cold, room only had one outlet. No view from the window to allow natural light into the room. TV was poor quality. Killed a few bugs but not many. Wallpaper peeling from the corners in the room. Water emerged from the drain in the bathroom when you empty the bathtub. The WiFi went down a few times too including one tie for 12 hours (They had to restart the router). Bed was nice enough as was the the fridge but that was it. If you need somewhere basic & relatively cheap to stay in Buenos Aires for a few days this place will be fine but for a longer stay on a vacation I recommend selecting somewhere else.

Quarto espaçoso porém o prédio é antigo e o cheiro de mofo, mesmo com a limpeza é bem forte, a humidade é visível nas paredes, mas a localização e preço são ótimos, ideal para quem vai passar a maior parte do tempo fora! Ele é perto de muitas coisas legais então dá pa ir a pé !

Estimados huéspedes, les puedo asegurar que si quieren pasar una muy mala experiencia reserven en este "hotel". 1-Las imágenes en las que promocionan las habitaciones no coinciden en absolutamente nada a lo que es en realidad, habitaciones sucias, no recogen la basura que dejan los huéspedes salientes, polvo en los muebles, los sanitarios llenos de pelos. 2- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la tapa del baño suelta, el seguro de la puerta principal quedaba abierto cuando salia uno de la habitación, quedando totalmente accesible a cualquier robo de artículos personales ya que cualquier persona podia ingresar a la habitación. (Habitación 212) 3-Nos dieron otra habitación en peores condiciones (312), aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba, la puerta del baño no cerraba, presencia de cucarachas muertas, muebles llenos de polvo. Tuvimos que solicitar una devolución de dinero inmediatamente e irnos del lugar a buscar otro alojamiento. Sin duda, para lo que ofrecen y cobran se quedan muy cortos. Instalaciones pésimas y un servicio totalmente fraudulento y engañoso a lo que ofrecen.

No es lo que se vé en las fotos. Las instalaciones son más viejas de lo que parecen. La habitación mia, muy ruidosa, encima al lado del ascensor. En el piso mismo, mucho bullicio permanentemente. No contaba con desayuno, y al momento de la reserva, no lo especificaba en ningún lado. No vuelvo mas.! Tampoco, vuelvo a realizar reservas por Expedia. Saludos
