O custo benefício não é bom, pois apesar de barato, o quarto deixa a desejar em termos de conforto, o colchão da cama de casal é péssimo, o banheiro é bem precário, usam cortina de banheiro, o quarto não possui um frigobar para se tomar uma água, o café da manhã é pobre ( tinha pão e, brioche e crossant), o prédio não está bem conservado. O lado positivo é o aspecto vintage que se do prédio que se fosse bem conservado seria um atrativo e alguns funcionários , especialmente a Sandra que é muito atenciosa. Outro aspecto positivo é a localização que é fantástica.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na porta há uma estação de metrô (subte), que apesar de pouco divulgado é um excelente e econômico (19 pesos em dez/19... cerca de R$ 1,30) meio de transporte na zona central de Buenos Aires. Com relação ao café da manhã, é muito bom quando levamos em conta o valor da hospedagem. Além disso, do outro lado da Avenida principal há um Carrefour (distância aproximada de 250 metros).

Fuja deste hotel!

Tive que mudar de hotel às pressas pelos motivos a seguir: o quarto tinha forte cheiro de cigarro, insuportável para mim que estou grávida; o quarto era totalmente diferente das fotos do anúncio e nada confortável, estou anexando fotos do quarto que me foi oferecido; havia um grupo de adolescentes falando muito alto, correndo pelos corredores, batendo portas e com música alta pelo menos até 3:30 da manhã e não tinha nenhum tipo de isolamento acústico; no site é informado que falam inglês, mas a recepcionista da noite do dia 31/10 disse que não falava; por último e o que foi a gota d'água, não tinha água quente no chuveiro quando fomos tomar banho por volta de 23h. Quando questionei a recepcionista, ela disse que era porque chegou um grupo grande e a água quente tinha acabado. A sugestão dela foi que eu esperasse até a água quente voltar, mas não soube dizer quanto tempo demoraria. Só consegui tomar banho as 2h da manhã. Só não fui embora na mesma hora porque não tinha pra onde ir. Quando fiz check out no dia seguinte e pedi o reembolso, a recepcionista disse que teria que solicitar via hotéis.com (onde fiz a reserva). Paguei pela reserva em outro hotel de 01 a 04/11 e não recebi nenhum tipo de reembolso do hotel. A hotéis.com me ofereceu um desconto para uma próxima reserva, mas o hotel se recusou a fornecer qualquer tipo de reembolso pelas noites pagas e não utilizadas. Fuja deste hotel!

Beautiful hotel.....once the renovations are done

We were on our way back from Antarctica, via Ushuia, and we had an overnight stay in Buenos Aires, so we stayed at the Hotel reina....lovely hotel, but under massive renovations, so things were a bit difficult

Sliten klassiker med 100 procentigt läge.

Ett gammalt klassiskt hotell i behov av en större renovering. Rummet var stort men slitet. Bra aircon och en fantastisk utsikt över 9 Mayo. Huvudgatan. Frukost enkel men helt ok. Wi-fi finns tyvärr inte på rummen utan nara på våning två.Väl där bra. Bäst med allt ihop är läget mitt i smeten. Att åka i den 100 åriga hissen är ett äventyr.
