8/10 Good
"The staff was extremely responsive to any needs. Even responding to texts which was convenient. Great location to the hospital and medical center if having to have procedures done."

10/10 Excellent
"Great stay at the hotel. Although the neighborhood is sketchy at night. Had 2 different incidents where sketchy individuals tried to get my attention. The first to ask for directions and do I know my way around the neighborhood? Second, strange couple, tall black man and young white woman in a wheelchair. Both were trying to initiate contact but I am from NYC so I was able to easily handle that, but others should be aware. Also the next morning I was awakened by 3-5 children using the hallway as their playground by some unscrupulous parents. When I called downstairs, they immediately sent security and it was taken care of."
