"Nice enough but hardly "boutique." Stove but no pans. Had to leave early due to a family medical issue. Told by hotels.com that up to hotel to get a refund. Told by hotel that they had no say. The AI charbot said hotal had been contacted. They had not. Disappointing..."

"The only upside was the view. Place stunk so bad. I believe there must have been a recent fire or flood as there was a bunch of dryers out. Terrible smell. Took over 45 min to even check in as they could not find my reservation. Room was dirty. Shower door did not stay shut. Water smelt terrible. ..."
