Our stay at Hanoi Splendid Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the city’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, close to the famous Train Street, yet perfectly quiet once you’re inside. This hotel proves that luxury is not only about the building or the décor, but also about the way people make you feel. Here, I felt cared for, celebrated, and at home.
