- Abzocke bei Reinigung einer Handvoll Klamotten - Wir waren vergangene Woche für 2 Nächte im Hotel „San Servolo“ zu Gast. Grundsätzlich wusste das Resort mit einer schönen Anlage und sauberen, geräumigen Zimmern zu punkten. In puncto Service wurden wir aber leider bitter enttäuscht. Am Tag unserer Anreise haben wir eine Handvoll Wäsche in die Reinigung gegeben. Diese erfolgte durch eine externe Reinigungsfirma. Bei Abholung am Abreisetag waren wir geschockt, als wir erfuhren, dass wir für die wenigen Klamotten 120 Euro Reinigungsgebühr zahlen mussten. Die Begründung des Hotelpersonals war, dass sie ebenso überrascht seien und die externe Reinigungsfirma ohne ihr Wissen die Preise angehoben habe. Im Sinne von „Unwissenheit schützt vor Strafe nicht“, finde ich ein solches Verhalten eine bodenlose Frechheit und es hinterlässt leider einen sehr faden Beigeschmack, welcher auch zum finalen schlechten Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts im San Servolo führt. Ich erwarte, dass die Hotelmitarbeiter über solche horrenden Reinigungskosten informiert sind und solche Mondpreise vorab mit dem Gast teilen. Zudem wurde uns beim Checkout auch in keinerlei Hinsicht entgegengekommen, um einen Kompromiss bei dieser offensichtlichen Abzocke zu finden. Ich betone hier nochmals, dass wir über keine Preise zu keinem Zeitpunkt aufgeklärt wurden. Eine Rechnung über die Wäscherei haben wir auf Nachfrage auch nicht erhalten. Entsprechend können wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Platz, weit weg vom Schuss, Handtücher würden nur sporadisch getauscht, eigentlich Adult only, leider waren 10 Kinder im Pool. Sauna schön und Pizzaria sehr gut.

What a fun place to stay. The main reason we visited was because we wanted to try the Beer Spa. It was awesome. Such a neat experience. Plus the free beer tap didn't hurt either. We ate at the restaurant afterwards, and it was so good. The room was very comfortable. Bed was great, shower had good pressure, and the A/C was fantastic. Would highly recommend this entire experience to others.

Our short stay in Resort San Servolo was very nice. Staff and place is wonderfull, with relaxing spa items. Very good place for biking around and realxing. Great steaks and wiew to the sea from terrase.

Die Anlage ist sehr neu, stylisch und sauber. Leider hält der Service da nicht mit. Unser Empfang zum Check-In war sehr kühl und gelangweilt, der Room Service hat einmal die alten Handtücher mitgenommen, ohne neue dazulassen. Alles kein Drama, passt aber nicht zu 4 Sternen und den Erwartungen, die das Hotel auf seiner Homepage aufbaut. Was mich ehrlich geärgert hat, war, dass beim Besuch im Restaurant bei der Kartenzahlung ungefragt in Euro abgerechnet wurde. Erst auf dem Beleg konnte ich dann lesen, dass dies 3,5 % Gebühr kostet und ich dem zugestimmt hätte. Das ist mir im kompletten Urlaub in Kroatien ohne Nachfrage nirgendwo sonst passiert. Für empfindliche Nasen ist es evtl. nicht optimal, dass der Geruch von Holzkohlegrill fast den ganzen Tag über die Terrasse weht und es im Restaurant nach dem Malz-/Gärgeruch von der hauseigenen Brauerei riecht. Wissen sollte man auch, dass das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt. Ist kein Problem, sollte man aber berücksichtigen, wenn man plant, ausserhalb des Hotels etwas essen oder trinken zu wollen. Mein Fazit: Schönes Hotel mit guter Küche und leckerem Bier im Restaurant. Leider kommt das Hotel aufgrund der Mängel beim Service für mich zukünftig nicht mehr in Frage.

Nuovo resort con bella zona wellness. Ottimo il ristorante con carne top! Produzione di ottima birra artigianale ma scarsa carta dei vini. Ottima la pulizia della camera, molto ampia, con camera separata dalla zona giorno (suite). Vista panoramica. Colazione nella media e personale molto gentile.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte al San Servolo, con pranzo, cena, colazione nella struttura. La struttura è nuova, molto bella, con una bella piscina, sauna e bagno turco. Camere spaziose, confortevoli, ben arredate. Ottimo il ristorante, con piatti al tartufo a prezzo vantaggioso per gli italiani. Consigliatissimo per chi arriva in auto e vuole visitare i dintorni fino alla costa.
