"I booked a suite room, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were no towels or tissues provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request them. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell. At around 12:00 AM, the room experienced a power trip. After I called the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room. However, the issue was not fully resolved. "During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"Noisy at the corridors. Late check in guests noise. Great bathroom floor and not slippery. That is awesome."

"Location of the hotel is fantastic. Closer to Jonker walk and lots of food and cafe options nearby. Do note that the external window panels needs to be closed when it rains else the rain will seep into the room. We had to clean up after one rainy night."

"Generally, good location with lots of food and shopping nearby. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Room is spacious with good view but it's really scary to see stained pillow cases, and the same stain on the second day after housekeeping . So likely they didn't even bother to check or change the pillow cases. Next is the beverages area. There were stains on the table top and the layer of dust looked like they havnt been cleaning that area. Really disappointing for a hotel of this class."
