"Great hotel, easy walk into centre of Arras, room was clean and tidy. No kettle or anything in room, however good selection of drinks available in reception. Quiet location and great bakery next door. "

"Very impressed with this hotel. Staff were friendly on arrival. Gate locked at 11pm so car park secure. Large rooms with comfortable beds. In a good location and very reasonable. Would def go back!"

"Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here. "

"There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds. Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine. The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel. It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened. "

"Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4. There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival. Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre. Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night."
