"Rom was lovely and large. Staff that checked us in were great. Bar/restaurant staff a little less so. Wouldn't let us sit at a table to have a drink and think about ordering. Insisted we sit at the bar. I gave a sore knee and couldn't. So we had to sit outside. It's covered and warm but all the smokers ..."
