"This property was great. I only had a couple of issues. Water staying in the bottom of the shower because it was apparently uneven. Also, the carpet was wet in the hallway from the ceiling leaking and caused a smell. "

"We had glitch because our bathroom got flooded at night, also one of the staff upset us one night because of his behaviour, however they made up to it, he apologized and provide us with free breakfast. We will come back to this hotel in future because staff was nice and helpful."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly from the kind staff at valet to the front desk to all the cleaning staff - everyone was extremely friendly and keen to help. The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Hamza and Reza from Pakistan at the valet who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant "
